AIFORYA Multi Author brings a proper multi-author editorial workflow to WordPress: give your team editorial roles, assign each post to an author, move it from one status to the next, and credit co-authors with a byline.
Everything stays on your site. This plugin makes no network requests and requires no account or API key.
Features
- Editorial roles — three roles created on activation, with granular permissions: Writer (writes and submits), Editor (edits and approves), Publisher (publishes approved posts).
- Post assignment — assign a post to an author in one click; the WordPress post author is updated automatically.
- Workflow statuses — move each post through a clear cycle: Draft, In progress, In review, Revision requested, Approved, Published, Archived. Switching to Published publishes the post in WordPress.
- Co-authors and byline — credit several contributors per post; the byline appears under the content automatically (can be enabled in the settings).
- Dashboard — an overview of tracked posts, breakdown by status, co-signed posts and active authors.
- Per-author statistics — post workload for each team member (total, approved, published).
- Tidy interface — a consistent admin, with no intrusive system dialogs.
Privacy
Everything runs locally, on your own server. The workflow data, roles and statistics are stored in your WordPress database, and no API key is required.
Advanced version
An advanced version (see aiforya.fr) adds automatic proofreading of your posts (quality, style, SEO) with improvement suggestions shown directly in the interface, using a personal API key with the AI provider of your choice.
