Altrix Variation Readiness for WooCommerce helps store administrators review common variation-readiness conditions without automatically editing product data.
The free plugin checks every WooCommerce variation for:
- Missing SKU – blocking issue
- Missing effective price – blocking issue
- No usable variation or parent image – blocking issue
- Parent-product image fallback – warning
It also includes:
- Sequential AJAX batch scanning
- One automatic retry after a temporary batch failure
- 30-second request timeout
- Catalog-count consistency guard during a scan
- Search by product, SKU, attributes, or IDs

The scanner is read-only. It does not automatically change products, create custom database tables, collect customer/order data for the report, or send store data to Altrix Web or another external service.
A separate commercial edition from Altrix Web provides additional reporting and advanced checks. The free plugin contains no locked premium code and remains fully functional for all features listed above.
Privacy
The scanner reads product and variation data needed for the readiness report. It does not create custom database tables, transmit store data to Altrix Web, or persist scan results after the current browser page is reloaded.
