Third-Party Services

This plugin optionally uses third-party AI services to help generate message templates in the admin area. These services are completely optional and only used when the site administrator enables the AI Engine and provides their own API key.

What data is sent:
Only the prompt text written by the administrator (or the default system prompt used for message generation) is sent to the selected AI provider. No customer order data, personal information, store visitor data, or any other site data is ever sent to any AI service.

When data is sent:
Only when an administrator clicks the “Generate with AI” button in the plugin settings (Messages / AI Engine tab).
