Authyo OTP for Everest Forms adds one-time password (OTP) verification via email and phone number to your forms, using Authyo’s secure delivery service. It supports SMS, WhatsApp, and voice call channels for phone verification, helping ensure that only verified users can submit Everest Forms and reducing spam while enhancing form security.
Features:
– Email and Phone OTP verification fields for Everest Forms
– Per-form switch: choose which forms use OTP from the plugin settings, and their standard Email and Phone fields are verified automatically
– Default country setting for phone numbers
– Support for SMS, WhatsApp, and Voice Call OTP (Voice Call India only)
– Secure one-time password handling
– Seamless integration with Authyo service
– Easy setup and configuration
– Fail-Safe Lead Protection (on by default, can be turned off): if your Authyo wallet balance runs out, forms keep accepting submissions so no leads are lost, and you get an email about it.
– Built-in limits on how often codes can be sent, to protect your Authyo balance from abuse
This plugin helps reduce spam and ensures that only verified users can submit your forms.
Note: OTP verification requires valid Authyo API credentials and sufficient wallet balance. If the balance runs out and Fail-Safe Lead Protection is on, submissions proceed without OTP verification to prevent lead loss; turn the switch off in Settings to block them instead.
