AutoThink Shopping Agent

AutoThink Shopping Agent adds an AI agent to your WordPress website. Visitors describe what they need in plain language and the agent answers questions, recommends services or products, and captures useful enquiries. When WooCommerce is installed, it can also read the shop catalogue, build baskets and hand shoppers to the normal WooCommerce checkout.

WordPress provides a native AutoTill control centre for reporting, attributed order evidence, agent appearance, placement, plan status and credit usage. Advanced configuration and payment pages open securely on the AutoThink Shopping Agent service in a new browser tab.

Requirements

WordPress 5.8 or later and an AutoThink Shopping Agent account (created during the connection step). WooCommerce 5.0 or later is optional and enables catalogue, basket, checkout and order reporting features.

External services

This plugin connects to AutoThink Shopping Agent, a service operated by AutoThink Group Ltd, to provide the AI shopping agent. Without this connection the plugin cannot function.

No data is sent anywhere until an administrator chooses to connect the store. Installing and activating the plugin contacts no external service and schedules no reporting. All of the requests below happen only after connection, except the connection request itself, which an administrator starts deliberately. Disconnecting the store stops all requests, including the daily status ping.

Service endpoints used:

1. https://apdgcxqtrcgmxyutqbvo.supabase.co/functions/v1/plugin-pair
   Used only when an administrator starts or completes connection, checks a connection code, or confirms pairing. Depending on the connection step, it sends: site URL, site name, site description, administrator email, website logo URL, WordPress version, WooCommerce version, PHP version, plugin version, store currency, published product count, store address, city, postcode, country and phone. Once the administrator confirms the connection, it also sends a dedicated WooCommerce REST API key generated for AutoThink Shopping Agent so the catalogue can be imported.

2. https://apdgcxqtrcgmxyutqbvo.supabase.co/functions/v1/plugin-report
   Sends a daily status ping, scheduled only once the administrator has connected the store and removed as soon as the store is disconnected or the plugin deactivated. It contains the site URL, site name, site description, administrator email, website logo URL, WordPress/WooCommerce/PHP/plugin versions, currency, product count, store address, city, postcode, country, phone, agent state and order-reporting state. It is also used when an administrator requests a product resynchronisation or disconnects the website. When order reporting is enabled it sends, for each pending, on-hold, processing, completed, failed, cancelled or refunded order: order ID and number, status, total, currency, billing name and email, line items, order time, and the agent session identifier if the shopper used the agent. Order reporting can be switched off in AutoTill → Placement.

3. https://autotill.com/widget.js
   Loads the shopper-facing shopping agent after the site owner connects and enables it. Shopper conversations are processed by AutoThink Shopping Agent.

4. https://apdgcxqtrcgmxyutqbvo.supabase.co/functions/v1/plugin-session
   Used only when a logged-in administrator chooses Open dashboard, Configure agent or Manage plan and billing. It sends the connected website token and URL plus that administrator’s email address and display name to create a short-lived, one-time sign-in link.

5. https://autotill.com account pages
   Open only when an administrator chooses an external dashboard, agent configuration or billing link. The pages open in a new browser tab and are never embedded in WordPress.

6. https://apdgcxqtrcgmxyutqbvo.supabase.co/functions/v1/plugin-dashboard
   Used on native AutoTill administration screens after connection. It sends the dedicated website token, selected reporting period and administrator-approved agent settings. It returns only data for the paired website: agent identity and appearance, catalogue and sync health, conversation totals, attributed order outcomes and amounts, funnel totals, plan status and message-credit usage. The token remains on the WordPress server and is not placed in browser JavaScript.
