1. Google Gemini API Direct Mode
If you choose this mode, the plugin communicates directly with the Google Gemini API (Generative Language API).
– Purpose: The plugin sends the post title and configured context (content, excerpt, etc.) to the Gemini API to return a suitable URL slug.

2. WordPress AI Connectors Mode (WP 7.0+)
If you choose this mode, this plugin does NOT directly connect to any external API. Instead, it utilizes the official WordPress Core API (wp_ai_client_prompt).
– Data Transmission: Data is routed through the WordPress core to whichever third-party AI Connector plugin you have explicitly installed and configured in your WordPress settings (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
– Terms & Privacy: The external service provider, terms of service, and privacy policy will depend entirely on your specific AI Connector configuration.

Usage
- Open any Post or Page in the WordPress editor.
- Look for the Bousaid AI Slug Generator panel:
- Block Editor (Gutenberg): Located in the right sidebar settings panel.
- Classic Editor: Located in the meta box on the right side.
- Click the Generate AI Slug button. The AI will generate a slug based on your title and context.
- Review the generated slug in the preview box.
- Click Apply to Post URL to officially save it to your post.
