What it does
- Minimum by cart value, by item quantity, or both. Require a minimum subtotal, a minimum number of items, or set both and choose whether the customer must meet one (OR) or both (AND).
- A message you control. Write your own text with
{min_amount}and{min_qty}placeholders — write it in any language you like, it is just a text field. - Store managers and admins are always exempt. You can place test orders and manage the store without ever tripping your own rule.
- Classic and block checkout, both covered. The rule is enforced through WooCommerce’s own cart and Store API validation, so it applies whether your checkout page uses the classic shortcode or the block-based (Cart & Checkout blocks) editor.
- HPOS-ready. Declares compatibility with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage.
- Lightweight. One plugin file, no jQuery, nothing added to the page for shoppers who are above the minimum.
