Move ‘loader.php’ file from ‘/wp-content/mu-plugins/cc-mu-plugins-loader/’ directory, directly to ‘/wp-content/mu-plugins/’ directory.

CC-MU-Plugins-Loader - Visit the 'Plugins > Must-Use' to see all loaded and activated MU Plugins.
