Centous Integration for Mailchimp with Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Forms, and Formidable Forms
by Centous Solutions
Centous Integration for Mailchimp with Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Forms, and Formidable Forms connects your WordPress forms to Mailchimp. When a visitor submits a supported form, the plugin can automatically add or update subscribers in your Mailchimp audience based on your feed configuration.
Install the form builder you already use, connect Mailchimp, create a feed, map your fields, and submissions sync in the background.

External services
This plugin connects to Mailchimp to send and manage audience subscriber data.
What the service is and what it is used for
Mailchimp is an email marketing and CRM platform. This plugin uses the Mailchimp API to create or update audience subscribers when supported WordPress forms are submitted.
What data is sent and when
When a supported form is submitted and a matching active feed exists, the plugin sends only the mapped field values to Mailchimp over HTTPS. This may include personal data such as name, email address, phone number, and other custom fields configured in your feed mapping.
Data is sent at the time of form submission. The plugin may also contact Mailchimp during account connection, token refresh, connection testing, and when notes are added from plugin logs.
No visitor data is sent to Mailchimp unless a form is submitted and an active feed is configured for that form.
