Chatixy AI Support Agent

Chatixy adds an AI customer support chat to your WordPress site that
actually knows your business: it is trained on your own website content and
knowledge base, answers visitor questions instantly in 20+ languages, and
hands the conversation to a human the moment it gets out of its depth.

This official plugin puts that widget on your site with zero code:

1. Install and activate the plugin.
2. Go to Settings → Chatixy AI Support Agent.
3. Click Connect with Chatixy – sign in, approve, and your widget key is
   filled in automatically (no copy-paste). Or paste your widget key
   manually if you prefer.
4. Done. The chat goes live on every page.

What the chatbot can do

• Answers from your content – point Chatixy at your site; it crawls your
  pages, docs and PDFs and answers questions about your products, shipping,
  pricing and policies. No canned scripts to write.
• AI + human, not AI instead of humans – when the bot can’t help or the
  visitor asks for a person, the conversation escalates to your shared team
  inbox with full context. You reply from the Chatixy dashboard.
• Speaks your customers’ language – the widget and AI replies work in 21
  languages out of the box, including English, German, French, Spanish,
  Italian, Dutch, Polish and Portuguese. The plugin’s own settings screen is
  translated into all of them too.
• WooCommerce-ready – runs on any WordPress theme and on WooCommerce
  stores: product questions get answered from your own catalog pages.
• Lead capture – collect a visitor’s email before or during the chat and
  follow up from the built-in leads view.
• Help center + ticketing included – the same knowledge powers a hosted
  help center; unanswered chats become tickets with statuses, assignments and
  priorities.
• Honest metrics – the dashboard reports what the AI actually resolved,
  not vanity deflection numbers.
• Fast and unobtrusive – the widget loads asynchronously in the footer and
  never blocks your page. You control colors, position, greeting and behavior
  from the Chatixy dashboard.

processed only to answer them, and you can delete conversation data at any

You need a Chatixy account (https://chatixy.com). Chatixy is a paid
subscription (flat plans from EUR 19/month, no per-seat or per-resolution
fees, and every plan includes a 7-day free trial); this plugin is the
connector and is free and GPL-licensed. Pricing, plans and billing are managed
in your Chatixy dashboard, not in WordPress.

External services

This plugin connects to Chatixy (https://chatixy.com), the AI chat service it
is a client for:

• When you click “Connect with Chatixy” it sends you to
  https://chatixy.com/connect to approve, then exchanges a one-time token
  at https://chatixy.com/api/v1/integrations/connect/exchange for your
  widget key.
• On the settings screen it calls https://chatixy.com/api/v1/widget/verify/<your-key>
  to confirm your widget key is valid and show the connected bot’s name.
• On your site’s front end it loads https://chatixy.com/source/<your-key>.js,
  the widget loader, which renders the chat for your visitors.

No data is sent to Chatixy until you add your widget key. Once the widget is
live, visitor chat messages are processed by Chatixy to generate replies. Your
use of the service, and how that data is handled, is governed by Chatixy’s terms
