Uses a customized version of the Code Prettify library to support local styles and scripts. Plugin applies code highlighting automatically to all <pre> tags on the page.
Compatible with Gutenberg and doesn’t lock you in with specific markup requirements.

Release verification
Every release since 1.5.2 embeds a checksums manifest (checksums.json, bundled inside the plugin) signed with an Ed25519 key whose public part is:
ahCXGA0hozzxgvg+GjQ08HgCMCykMs+sKaXYqbMdGVU=
Verify an installed copy or a downloaded ZIP with npx @wpelevator/wp-release verify <directory-or-zip> --public-key 'ahCXGA0hozzxgvg+GjQ08HgCMCykMs+sKaXYqbMdGVU=': the embedded manifest is found and authenticated automatically. GitHub releases also attach a detached signature for the ZIP itself.
