Demfilz Sync for MYOB connects your WooCommerce store to your MYOB accounting file so you stop re-keying sales. It supports both MYOB Business (Essentials) and MYOB AccountRight.
Please read first: this free version is bring-your-own MYOB developer key
The free version connects to MYOB using your own MYOB developer key (the API Key and Secret from an app you register in your own MYOB developer account). You paste that key on the Connection tab and connect. Nothing works until you supply your own key – that is by design.
MYOB does not offer free API access: holding a MYOB developer account carries a monthly fee charged by MYOB (currently A$110/month including GST for their “Developer Access” level, at the time of writing). That fee is paid to MYOB, not to us, and we have no control over it.
So the free, bring-your-own-key version is best suited to developers, agencies and merchants who already hold (or are happy to hold) their own MYOB developer key.

External services
This plugin connects to external services. It sends data only when you explicitly connect and sync.
- MYOB API (https://secure.myob.com and https://api.myob.com)
- Purpose: authenticate with MYOB (OAuth 2.0) at secure.myob.com, then read and write your accounting data at api.myob.com.
- Data sent: your store’s order details (customer name, billing address, email, phone, line items, totals, tax), product SKUs, and your MYOB developer-app credentials/tokens.
- When: only when you connect your MYOB account, push an order, or pull stock.

This plugin does not contact any Demfilz server. Pro licensing is handled entirely by the separate Pro add-on plugin.
