Deployment Toolkit for Contact Form 7

Deployment Toolkit for Contact Form 7 lets you export, import, and migrate Contact Form 7 forms using structured JSON packages or ZIP archives. It preserves form templates, mail settings, messages, and additional settings while helping streamline deployments between development, staging, and production sites.

Version 1.1 adds a Deployment Toolkit dashboard and a Form Entries experience so you can store, browse, search, print, and manage Contact Form 7 submissions from the WordPress admin.

Version 1.2 adds Captcha Shield — Google reCAPTCHA v2/v3 and Math Captcha spam protection for Contact Form 7 (beyond CF7’s built-in v3-only integration).

This plugin is designed for developers, agencies, and site administrators who regularly move Contact Form 7 forms between local, staging, and live environments.

This plugin requires Contact Form 7 to be installed and activated.

📑 Form Entries

• Store Contact Form 7 submissions in a custom database table.
• Browse form entries in a standard WordPress list table.
• Filter entries by All, Unread, Starred, Spam, and Trash.
• Search entries, mark as read/unread, star, trash, or permanently delete.
• View individual entry details with submitted field values and metadata.
• Keep files uploaded through a form and open them from the entry by file name.
• Print a clean entry PDF with form data only and a branded footer.
• Entries column and row action on the Contact Form 7 forms list.

🛡️ Captcha Shield

• Protect Contact Form 7 submissions with Google reCAPTCHA and/or Math Captcha.
• Choose reCAPTCHA v2 (“I’m not a robot” checkbox) or reCAPTCHA v3 (invisible score-based).
• Configure site key, secret key, v3 threshold, and v2 theme/size from the Captcha Shield dashboard.
• Use Remove Keys to clear them.
• Apply Google reCAPTCHA to all forms, or only forms that include the [captcha_shield] form-tag.
• Insert [captcha_shield] from the Contact Form 7 form editor tag generator.
• Math Captcha — a simple traditional math challenge with easy/medium/hard difficulty and no API keys.
• Apply Math Captcha to all forms, or only forms that include the [math_captcha] form-tag.
• In “All forms” mode, missing captcha tags are added automatically just before the submit button.
• Failed Google reCAPTCHA checks are marked as spam (compatible with Form Entries spam views).
• Google reCAPTCHA automatically pauses when Contact Form 7’s own reCAPTCHA integration is active to avoid double verification.
