• EngageDock deactivation feedback service (optional) – Collects feedback only when an authorized administrator selects a reason and clicks “Submit & Deactivate”. Choosing “Skip & Deactivate”, closing the dialog, bulk deactivation, or command-line deactivation sends nothing.
