Rules screen — every active plugin on the site is listed with the number of conditional rules currently applied to it.
Per-plugin rule builder — load a plugin's styles and scripts ONLY on the pages you choose. Conditions can target a Page, Block, Page Template, Post Template or Shortcode, and multiple rules are combined with OR.
Plugins with no rules yet show a clear empty state, so adding the first condition is a single click.
Settings — enable the frontend debug panel to see which assets were dequeued, and clear the plugin's cache after changing rules.
