Fennec Social Poster for LiveDune automatically sends the WordPress posts you select to social networks. You can choose which posts to send and which content to include. Text and images are currently supported.
A LiveDune account with API access, an API token (available on the settings page in LiveDune), and at least one connected social account available for publishing are required.
You can create a LiveDune account using this link. After activating your account, your API token will be available on this page.
Publishing has currently been tested with Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, VK, Odnoklassniki, MAX, LinkedIn, X, and Threads.

The plugin handles standard WordPress posts. It schedules each LiveDune job for approximately three minutes after preparing the request, using the WordPress site’s timezone. Actual publication depends on LiveDune and the destination social network.
External services
This plugin uses the official LiveDune API at https://api.livedune.com to publish WordPress posts to social networks through LiveDune. LiveDune is a service used by social media specialists for social media analytics and publishing. A LiveDune account with API access and an API token are required.
Data sent to LiveDune and when:
- When you test the connection or refresh the account list in the plugin settings, the plugin sends your API token to request the social accounts available in LiveDune. Paginated requests also send a pagination cursor.
- When a published WordPress post is saved with LiveDune accounts selected, the plugin sends a publishing request for each selected account that has no previous sending result. Publishing a scheduled WordPress post also triggers this process. A manual retry sends another request for the selected failed or unfinished account.
- Each publishing request includes your API token, the selected LiveDune account ID, the publication text, the scheduled publication date and time (approximately three minutes after the request is prepared), and the WordPress site’s timezone.
- The publication text is built from the post content with HTML removed. Depending on your settings, it also includes the post title, the content before the More tag, and the post permalink. If including the preceding content is disabled, the nonempty content after the More tag is used; otherwise, the full content is used.
- The request also includes up to 10 unique image URLs: the featured image first, followed by images from the post content. These URLs are provided so LiveDune can retrieve the images for publishing.
Requests are made over HTTPS using the API token saved in the plugin settings. Post content is sent only for posts with LiveDune accounts selected for publishing, including manual retries.
