It also emails members for you (renewal reminders, or a nudge to the ones who stopped logging workouts), sends you a weekly digest, and answers “how do I…” questions from the family’s own documentation with the exact admin path. Webhook automation activates the membership the moment payment clears, keeps member status in sync on renewal, failure and cancellation, supports several subscriptions per user, and clears stale states with a daily cron. 🏦 GB Offline & Manual Payments
Card is not how every studio gets paid. The customer picks “Bank transfer” or “Pay at the studio” at checkout, sees your payment instructions and a reference to quote, and their class place is held while they pay. The order waits in a queue in your admin; when the money arrives you approve it and the membership activates exactly as a card payment would. Covers plans bought from the pricing table, payments recorded by hand at reception, personal session bookings and registrations taken through the popup. Runs alongside GB Stripe Payments, so the same plan can be paid either way.
