Hadeel

Hadeel («هديل») is an AI customer-service employee for small businesses — clinics, salons, restaurants, shops and service companies. This plugin puts the “Talk to Hadeel” («تكلّم مع هديل») button on every page of your WordPress site, so visitors can ask about your services, prices and opening hours, book an appointment or leave a request, by text or voice.

External services

This plugin connects your site to the Hadeel service operated by Yamama (https://hadeel.app):

• On every front-end page, when a widget key is saved, the browser loads https://hadeel.app/launcher.js. The script shows the chat button and, when a visitor opens it, loads the Hadeel chat from hadeel.app. It sends the page address and origin so the service can confirm the installation, and whatever the visitor types or says in the chat so Hadeel can answer.
• The “Connect with Hadeel” button opens https://hadeel.app/app/#/wp-connect with your settings page address and a one-time WordPress nonce; after you confirm, hadeel.app sends you back to that page with your widget key. No password or personal data is sent to your site.
