This plugin adds the Handled chat widget to your site. It does not include any chat logic itself: your site sends visitor messages to Handled’s own servers at handled.support, which is where the AI, your FAQs, and your escalation contacts are configured.
You need a Handled account to use this plugin. Sign up for a free trial at handled.support, then find your tenant slug and instance key on the Widget Config page of your dashboard.
