Hookniva Workflow Monitor for WooCommerce watches background systems that can fail while a storefront still looks normal.
It is designed for store owners who do not want to read Action Scheduler logs or decode webhook states just to know whether an issue matters.
Current checks include:
- Failed and overdue Action Scheduler jobs
- Paused or disabled WooCommerce webhooks
- Risk-aware classification for selected WooCommerce background jobs
- New and resolved issue tracking
- Automatic checks about every 12 hours
- Email alerts for newly detected priority issues
- Ignore and restore controls for issues you do not want to track
- A 35-day local history of detected and resolved issues
- Korean and English dashboard views
- Direct links to relevant WooCommerce troubleshooting screens
The plugin is intentionally read-only. It does not retry jobs, reactivate webhooks, modify cron settings, edit orders, or change store configuration.
Privacy
Hookniva Workflow Monitor stores its settings, scan results, issue history, ignored-issue list, and alert email address in the local WordPress database. It does not transmit diagnostic data to a Hookniva Workflow Monitor server.
When email alerts are enabled, WordPress sends the alert through the site’s configured mail system.
