Google indexing status in WordPress, without guesswork

IndexSignal is a Google indexing checker and SEO index monitor for WordPress and WooCommerce. From wp-admin, you can see which public posts, pages, and products are detected as indexed, which URLs have technical blockers, which have not been checked, and what action is available next.

IndexSignal focuses on the gap between publishing a WordPress page and seeing it in Google Search. It complements your existing on-page SEO plugin: IndexSignal does not rewrite titles, descriptions, schema, or sitemap settings.

What IndexSignal helps you do

  • Check available Google index-status evidence for WordPress posts, pages, WooCommerce products, and product categories.
  • Find pages missing from search without sorting through one long, unfiltered URL list.
  • Review observable indexability signals such as robots directives, canonical URLs, HTTP status, redirects, and sitemap discovery.
  • Separate URLs that appear indexed, need a current check, are ready for indexing, or should be fixed first.
  • Start an eligible URL indexing workflow only after reviewing the exact credit cost.
  • Monitor saved status evidence at D0, D5, D7, D10, and D14.
  • Work from the IndexSignal overview, Posts, Pages, Products, Gutenberg, the Classic Editor, bulk actions, or the WordPress admin bar.

Private local scan before connection

IndexSignal first discovers public WordPress content and local indexability signals on your own site. No account is required for this local scan, and nothing is sent to FastIndexing.io until an administrator chooses to connect for online checks.

The scanner supports posts, pages, WooCommerce products and categories, and same-host multilingual sitemap URLs. Private, password-protected, noindex, non-canonical, and catalog-hidden content is identified before an indexing workflow can start.

Free start and transparent credit control

  • One-time first-site allowance for up to 200 initial URL checks.
  • Separate 200-credit trial indexing balance at signup.
  • No credit is spent before you review and confirm an online action.
  • Current prices, excluded URLs, and any balance shortfall are shown before a workflow starts.
  • Google Search Console is optional.

Local discovery remains available without a connected account. Online checks, indexing workflows, monitoring, reports, notifications, and payments use the FastIndexing.io hosted service.

How it works

  1. Run the private local scan from IndexSignal in wp-admin.
  2. Review your WordPress URLs and any local indexing blockers.
  3. Connect an existing account or create a free account when you want an online check.
  4. Select URLs, review the live estimate, and explicitly confirm the action.
  5. Follow saved results and monitoring history without leaving WordPress.

Privacy and external services

IndexSignal is an independent plugin and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

After an administrator explicitly connects the plugin, IndexSignal sends the verified site URL, selected public URLs, local indexability signals, plugin version, and requested actions to the FastIndexing.io API. FastIndexing.io uses this data to provide remote URL checks, indexing workflows, monitoring, reports, billing, and support. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Optional Google authorization takes place in the hosted service. Google credentials, account passwords, and Google access tokens are never stored in WordPress. Stripe processes checkout and payment details outside WordPress.
