InPrimePay for WooCommerce allows merchants and professionals to accept online payments simply, securely, and flexibly on their WordPress site.

The plugin operates both in Standalone Mode (using the shortcode [inprimepay_button] on any page or post without needing a full e-commerce setup), and in Integrated WooCommerce Mode to handle full product checkouts.

External Services

This plugin relies on external 3rd-party services to process payments, manage merchant accounts, synchronize transaction data, and render secure payment forms.

  1. InPrimePay SaaS Platform & API

    • Service & Purpose: Connects to the InPrimePay SaaS API (https://api.inprimepay.com / https://inprimepay.com) to handle merchant account authentication, transaction processing, Payment Intent creation, order status synchronization, webhook verification, and merchant onboarding.
    • Data Transmitted:
      • Merchant registration details (name, email, business info) are sent when registering or logging in via the WordPress plugin administration dashboard.
      • Order transaction data (monetary amount, currency, customer email, billing details, line items, and order ID) is sent to https://api.inprimepay.com when a customer initiates a payment via standalone shortcode or WooCommerce checkout.
    • Terms of Service: https://inprimepay.com/termini-del-servizio/
    • Privacy Policy: https://inprimepay.com/privacy-policy
  2. Stripe Payments Platform

    • Service & Purpose: Enqueues the Stripe.js library (https://js.stripe.com/v3/) on payment and checkout pages to render secure client-side payment elements (Credit/Debit Cards, SEPA Direct Debit, Klarna, Satispay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and tokenize sensitive payment credentials.
    • Data Transmitted:
      • The Stripe.js script (https://js.stripe.com/v3/) is loaded directly from Stripe’s servers whenever a payment form or checkout page is rendered.
      • Buyer payment credentials (card details, IBANs, billing address, payment tokens) are transmitted directly from the buyer’s browser to Stripe’s servers (https://api.stripe.com) for PCI-DSS compliant authorization. No raw credit card data touches or passes through the WordPress web server.
    • Terms of Service: https://stripe.com/legal/consumer
