- Paste the Assistant ID into this plugin and save. Done.
External services
This plugin connects to the Invent service (useinvent.com) to render the chat experience. The plugin does not contact Invent until a site administrator saves an Assistant ID and the widget is rendered on a public page.
When visitors use the widget, Invent may process:
- the configured Assistant ID
- chat messages submitted through the widget
- technical/browser metadata needed to operate the widget and chat session
- page/referrer context associated with the widget session
The Invent service is required for the plugin to function.
