MakeMeHappy Odstupenie Formular

MakeMeHappy provides a withdrawal request form and order buttons for WooCommerce stores serving Slovak and Czech customers.

All included features are available without a registration number, license activation, paid account or external update service.

MakeMeHappy Odstupenie Formular pridáva do WooCommerce formulár a tlačidlá na odstúpenie od zmluvy. Zákazník môže odoslať žiadosť o zrušenie objednávky pred prevzatím alebo o vrátenie celej objednávky či vybraných položiek. Plugin je určený pre slovenské a české e-shopy a obsahuje slovenské aj české rozhranie.

• Overenie objednávky pomocou čísla objednávky a fakturačného e-mailu, voliteľne aj PSČ.
• Odkaz na odstúpenie od zmluvy v zákazníckom účte a voliteľne v e-mailoch k objednávke.
• Výber vracaných položiek a množstiev so zobrazením odhadovanej sumy na vrátenie.
• Nastaviteľná lehota na podanie žiadosti, kontrola formátu IBAN a upraviteľné e-mailové potvrdenia.
• Prehľad žiadostí, potvrdenie prijatia vráteného tovaru a spracovanie refundácie v administrácii WooCommerce.

Všetky funkcie sú bezplatné, bez registračného čísla a bez aktivácie licencie. Formulár vložíte na stránku pomocou [mmhodf_formular]. Nastavenia a žiadosti nájdete v WooCommerce > Odstupenie od zmluvy.

Odoslanie formulára automaticky nevracia platbu. Refundáciu spúšťa správca obchodu; vrátenie cez platobnú bránu závisí od jej podpory vo WooCommerce. Plugin pomáha zbierať a spracovať žiadosti, no nezaručuje súlad s právnymi predpismi. Podmienky obchodu a jednotlivé žiadosti posudzuje prevádzkovateľ.

• Verify an order number and billing email, optionally with the billing postcode.
• Limit repeated unsuccessful order lookup attempts.
• Use signed order links from My Account and, optionally, order emails.
• Configure the request window (14 days by default) and eligible order statuses.
• Accept cancellation before receipt, full returns, or selected items and quantities.
• Show item prices and estimated return amounts.
• Validate IBAN format and checksum; require an IBAN for applicable payment methods.
• Optionally block duplicate requests and mask surnames in the public form.
• Review requests, confirm receipt of returned goods and process refunds through WooCommerce.
• Customize email templates for the store and customer.
• Includes Slovak (sk_SK) and Czech (cs_CZ) translations. The default interface is Slovak.

This plugin is a request collection and processing tool. It does not guarantee legal compliance. Store owners configure their policies and assess individual requests.

Privacy and external services

The plugin does not transmit license details, domain information or analytics to MakeMeHappy or Cloudflare. It does not use a custom update server.

Requests, including order details, contact information, selected items, reasons and any supplied IBAN, are stored in your WordPress database and order notes. Email confirmations are sent through wp_mail() to the customer and the address configured by the store. Delivery uses your site’s email provider. Deactivation and uninstallation do not automatically delete these business records or settings.

If an administrator chooses a payment-gateway refund, WooCommerce uses the gateway already configured in the store. Payment processing depends on that gateway and its provider. Submitting a withdrawal request does not itself transfer money.

Failed order lookups create a temporary counter derived from the IP address, expiring after 15 minutes. Sites behind a reverse proxy should configure trusted client-IP restoration at the web-server level.

Signed links grant access to the corresponding order and must only be shared with its recipient. Use the order-specific shortcode only in private order templates, not on public pages. External email plugins must support shortcode processing.
