Morimorida Talk & Shop lets shoppers talk with an AI concierge while they shop in your WooCommerce store. It is developed and operated by Morimorida Inc. (株式会社モリモリダ).
- Shoppers describe what they want by typing or talking. Candidates update while they are still speaking.
- Real-time voice conversation that handles interruptions and back-channel responses.
- Recommends only products that are published, in stock and within the shopper’s conditions (budget, age, category).
- Adds to the cart only the variant the shopper selects, after showing the current price and asking for confirmation. It never checks out or pays.
- Bot protection and consent before any conversation data is processed.
- Japanese and English storefront interface.
How it works
- Activate the plugin and start the free trial from WooCommerce Morimorida Talk & Shop.
- Your published products are synchronized to the Talk & Shop service (automatically on change and twice a day).
- Turn on “Show the concierge on the site”. A “Get product advice” button appears on your store.
Free trial and plans
The free trial lasts 7 days and includes 3 voice minutes and 30 product decisions. No payment details are needed to start. Paid plans are billed monthly in Japanese yen through Stripe and can be changed or cancelled at any time from the plugin. See the terms of service for prices and allowances.
External services
This plugin is a client for the Talk & Shop service operated by Morimorida Inc. (株式会社モリモリダ). It does not work without that service. Nothing is sent until an administrator starts the free trial or enters a connection key.
- Talk & Shop service (https://talkbot-woo.onrender.com), hosted on Render.
- On registration: your site URL, site name and store currency.
- Product catalog: published product names, descriptions, prices, stock status, categories, tags, image URLs, product URLs and the optional “Minimum age” field. Sent when you sync, when products change, and twice a day. No customer, order or user data is sent.
- Storefront: after a shopper consents, their questions, preferences, recent conversation and (only when they start voice) audio are relayed through your site to the service.
- Billing: when you subscribe, your administrator email is passed to Stripe for checkout.

- The Talk & Shop service uses these providers:
- TypeSafe (Jev) for product selection: shopping input, recent conversation and product candidates.
- OpenAI for real-time voice: audio, transcripts, instructions and product information. Terms, Privacy
- Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, loaded in an iframe from the Talk & Shop service on your storefront before consent: browser and network signals, no conversation text. Terms, Privacy
- Stripe for subscriptions and payments. Card details are handled only by Stripe. Terms, Privacy
The storefront widget script is bundled with this plugin. The cart is updated through the WooCommerce Store API on your own site.
Source code
All plugin files are human-readable source; there is no build step. The storefront widget assets/widget.js is hand-written JavaScript (not minified or generated) and is the same file the service serves to its other storefront integrations.
