NGT Icon Collection (2000+ Bootstrap Icons, Phosphor Icons)

• Registers 3rd party icon sets in WordPress.
• Use them in the Block Editor with the Icon Block or with wp_get_icon in PHP code.
• More icon sets will be added as in the future.

Phosphor icons are currently limited categories by the fact that WP does not really fully support SVG yes. See ticket/65795
