NovoForms is a drag & drop contact form builder for WordPress. It lets you create forms without writing code. Every submission is emailed to you and stored in the WordPress admin panel.
Everything in this plugin is free with no limits on forms, fields or entries. An optional NovoForms Pro upgrade adds extra features (see below).

Email Notifications
Get every submission in your inbox. Choose the recipient per form, use tags like {form_title} in the subject, and reply straight to the visitor (Reply-To is set automatically).
Built-in SMTP — Reliable Delivery
Send through Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365, Yahoo, Yandex, Zoho, Brevo, SendGrid, Mailgun or any SMTP server. Pick your provider and the server details are filled in for you. A Send Test Email button shows the exact server response and tells you how to fix common problems (for example Gmail App Passwords). Passwords are stored encrypted.
Delivery Status
Each entry shows whether its email was delivered. If sending fails, you see a clear warning in the admin — the entry is always saved, so no message is ever lost.
20 Form Designs
Pick from 20 ready-made designs (light, dark, gradient, glass, minimal…) and set your own colors.
Entry Storage
All submissions are saved to the database and viewable under NovoForms Entries, with pagination and optional automatic deletion of old entries (GDPR).

Embed any form with [novaform id="1"].

External Services
This plugin can connect to Google Analytics 4 (by Google LLC) via the GA4 Measurement Protocol to collect anonymous usage statistics that help improve the plugin. This is disabled by default and only happens after a site administrator explicitly opts in.
When enabled, once a day (and once at opt-in) the site sends a server-side request to https://www.google-analytics.com/mp/collect containing:
- A random site ID generated by the plugin (not linked to your domain or identity)
- Plugin version, WordPress version, PHP version
- Site locale
- Number of forms created
No site URL, email address, form entries, personal data or visitor data is ever sent.

This plugin includes the Freemius SDK (by Freemius, Inc.) to handle license activation, checkout and updates for the optional Pro version. In this free version it runs in anonymous mode: it does not send any data unless you choose to upgrade or activate a license.

Email notifications are sent through your own server or through the SMTP server you configure (for example Gmail or Outlook). Form data is sent only to that server and to the recipients you choose.
