you visit the screen or trigger the action described below, and none of the
requests include personal data about your site’s visitors.

1. BdThemes Blog feed

Used to display recent BdThemes blog posts and knowledge-base articles in the
admin dashboard news widget.

• Endpoint: https://bdthemes.com/feed
• What is sent: nothing beyond a standard HTTP GET request. The response is cached.
• When: only while an administrator is viewing the Pixel Gallery admin page.
• Service provided by BdThemes — Terms of Service: https://bdthemes.com/terms-conditions/ — Privacy Policy: https://bdthemes.com/privacy-policy/

2. WordPress.org Plugin API

Used by the setup wizard and the “Other Plugins” screen to look up public
information about the free companion plugins they list (name, version, rating,
active installs, last updated date and download link), and to download a plugin
you explicitly choose to install.

• Endpoint: https://api.wordpress.org/plugins/info/1.2/ (and, when you choose
  to install a plugin, the https://downloads.wordpress.org/ package URL that
  API returns)
• What is sent: only the plugin slug being looked up. No site URL, no user data
  and no visitor data are transmitted. This is the same public API the built-in
  WordPress “Add Plugins” screen uses. The response is cached in a transient for
  7 days.
• When: only while a logged-in administrator with the install_plugins
  capability is running the setup wizard or viewing the “Other Plugins” screen,

3. Vimeo / YouTube video embeds (bundled UIkit library)

The bundled UIkit library used for the admin interface includes a lightbox
component. If a lightbox is opened on a video, it resolves Vimeo video
dimensions through Vimeo’s public oEmbed endpoint and embeds the player in an
iframe.

• Endpoints: https://vimeo.com/api/oembed.json (a background request),
  https://player.vimeo.com/video/ and https://www.youtube.com/embed/
  (iframe embeds only, no background request)
• What is sent: the Vimeo video URL being opened. Requests are made with
  credentials: “omit”, so no cookies are sent.
• When: only in the browser, and only if a lightbox containing a video is
  opened. Pixel Gallery does not use videos in its admin screens, so in normal
  use these requests never fire.
