rocketsuits Terminbuchung für onOffice

Public online appointment booking for WordPress with a direct connection to the onOffice CRM. Visitors pick an appointment type, see the real availability from the onOffice calendar and book on their own. The appointment is created directly in onOffice and the address is looked up or created and linked.

See it in action:

The booking is embedded on any page with the shortcode [onoffice_terminbuchung].

The plugin interface is in German (the target audience are German-speaking real-estate offices using onOffice).

Features

  • Contact persons (a whole team) – each with photo, own availability and onOffice mapping
  • Assign one or more contact persons to each appointment type
  • When several are assigned, the appointment is distributed automatically to the best available team member (skill rating per appointment type plus fair rotation) – or the visitor picks a specific person while booking
  • Skillboard: rate each contact person 1–10 per appointment type to steer the automatic assignment
  • Unlimited appointment types (duration, description, onOffice appointment type, location)
  • Bookable hours per weekday with exceptions
  • Automatic blocking of public holidays (all German federal states)
  • Live availability against the onOffice calendar with atomic double-booking protection
  • Address lookup/creation and linking in onOffice
  • Public calendar link list to share, optionally with the address UUID for pre-filling
  • External setup assistant (setup link) so the operator can configure everything without a WordPress login

Available in the paid version (separate add-on)

The paid version is a separate product and is not distributed here. It adds:

  • Activity manager: automatically writes an activity into the address record on every booking (to trigger workflows)
  • Automatic e-mail confirmations (customer & internal)
  • AI-assisted chat booking assistant
  • Bookable day-based services (e.g. moving van)
  • Priority support

External services

This plugin connects to one external service: the onOffice API (onOffice GmbH). This connection is required for the core functionality of the plugin — the plugin cannot check calendar availability or create appointments locally, because the appointments, calendars and address records live in your onOffice account.

You use the service with API credentials (token and secret) of your own onOffice account, which you enter in the plugin settings. Without configured credentials the plugin makes no external requests.

API endpoint: https://api.onoffice.de/api/stable/api.php

What data is sent, and when:

  • When a visitor opens the booking widget and while they browse dates, the plugin requests the calendar availability of the assigned onOffice user for the selected period (the onOffice user id is sent).
  • When a visitor submits a booking, the data they entered is sent to onOffice to look up or create the address record and to create the appointment: salutation, first and last name, company (optional), phone, e-mail, and — depending on the appointment type — street, postal code and city, plus the appointment date, time, duration and subject/note.
  • No data is sent to onOffice unless the site operator has configured credentials and a visitor actively uses the booking.

This service is provided by onOffice GmbH. Please review their terms and privacy policy:

  • onOffice website: https://onoffice.com/
  • onOffice terms of use (Nutzungsbedingungen): https://onoffice.com/immobiliensoftware/nutzungsbedingungen/
  • onOffice privacy policy (Datenschutz): https://onoffice.com/datenschutz/

The free version does not use any AI service or any other third-party service.
