Sendgo(센드고)는 워드프레스와 WooCommerce에서 카카오 알림톡·브랜드메시지와 SMS/LMS/MMS를 발송할 수 있는 공식 플러그인입니다. Sendgo 계정이 필요하며 메시지 발송은 유료 서비스입니다.

• 워드프레스 관리자 설정 > Sendgo에서 API 인증 정보와 발신 키를 입력합니다.
• WooCommerce 주문이 처리 중 또는 완료로 변경되면 구매자의 청구 전화번호로 알림을 보냅니다. 상태별 템플릿 코드와 대체 문자 내용을 각각 설정할 수 있습니다.
• 템플릿 코드와 대체 문자 내용이 모두 비어 있는 주문 상태에서는 발송하지 않습니다.
• 알림톡 템플릿에는 주문 번호가 #{var1}로 전달됩니다. 대체 문자 내용에서는 {order_number}를 사용할 수 있습니다.
• 한국어 사이트에서는 설정 화면이 자동으로 한국어로 표시됩니다. 번역 파일이 포함되어 별도 언어팩 설치가 필요하지 않습니다.
• WooCommerce 없이도 개발자가 플러그인의 클라이언트를 통해 직접 발송할 수 있습니다.

설치: 플러그인을 설치·활성화한 뒤 설정 > Sendgo에서 Sendgo 콘솔의 인증 정보를 입력하세요. WordPress.org 설치 ZIP에는 PHP SDK가 포함되어 Composer를 따로 실행할 필요가 없습니다.

개인정보 및 외부 서비스: 발송 전 Access Key와 Secret Key를 Sendgo API로 전송해 인증 토큰을 발급받습니다. 주문 알림 발송 시 구매자 전화번호, 주문 번호, 발신 키, 템플릿 코드 또는 문자 내용이 https://sendgo.io 로 전송됩니다. 직접 발송 시에는 전달한 수신번호와 메시지 내용이 전송됩니다. 설치·활성화만으로는 데이터를 전송하지 않습니다. 인증 정보는 서버의 WordPress 옵션에 저장됩니다.

문제 해결: 알림이 오지 않으면 주문 상태별 템플릿·대체 문자 설정과 청구 전화번호를 확인하세요. 발송 실패는 WooCommerce 로그의 sendgo 항목에 기록되며 주문 처리를 중단하지 않습니다. 발송이 성공한 주문 상태는 기록하여 같은 상태 알림이 중복 발송되지 않도록 합니다.

Sendgo (https://sendgo.io) is a Korean business messaging service owned and operated by amuz,
the author of this plugin. This is the official Sendgo plugin, and it connects your WordPress or
WooCommerce site to the Sendgo API.

Korean businesses commonly notify customers over KakaoTalk rather than email. This plugin
lets WordPress send those messages, and lets WooCommerce send them automatically when an
order changes status.

Features:

• Send Kakao Alimtalk and Kakao Brand Message.
• Send SMS, LMS and MMS.
• Automatically notify the buyer when a WooCommerce order moves to “processing” or “completed”.
• Fall back to SMS when an Alimtalk message cannot be delivered.
• Simple admin screen built on the WordPress Settings API.

Kakao Friendtalk (“chingutalk”) was discontinued on 2025-12-31. Friendtalk requests are now
automatically delivered as Brand Message by Kakao, so existing configurations keep working,
but new integrations should use Brand Message.

The plugin runs server-side only. Your credentials are stored in the WordPress options table
and are never exposed to the front end.

A Sendgo account is required to use this plugin. Message delivery is a paid service; see the
Sendgo site for pricing and terms.

External services

This plugin connects to the Sendgo messaging API (https://sendgo.io) to deliver Kakao
Alimtalk, Kakao Brand Message and SMS/LMS/MMS messages. This is the service the plugin
integrates with; sending messages is not possible without it.

Data is sent to the Sendgo API in the following cases:

• Before any message is sent, an authentication request containing your Access Key and Secret
  Key is sent to obtain a short-lived API token.
• When a WooCommerce order changes to “processing” or “completed”, and you have configured a
  template code or SMS fallback text for that status: the customer’s billing phone number and
  the order number are sent, along with your sender key and the template code or SMS body.
• When you send a message yourself through the plugin’s client: whatever recipient numbers and
  message content you pass to it.

No data is sent when the plugin is merely installed or activated, or when no template code and
no SMS fallback text has been configured.
