Simple Comment Editing features

1. Install the plugin. That’s it. It just works.
2. Anonymous users can edit comments for 5 minutes.
3. No styling is necessary. For advanced customization, see the “Other Notes” section.
4. Advanced customization can be achieved using filters.
5. Add Mailchimp to your comment form and get email subscribers through comments.
