Create floating buttons for WhatsApp, Telegram, Phone Call, and custom URLs. Each button can be customized from the WordPress admin panel, including its text, image, background color, text color, position, and content order.

You can also prevent the buttons from appearing on selected pages using the built-in Excluded Pages feature.

Add a floating Phone Call button that allows visitors to call a phone number directly from supported devices.
The phone button uses the standard tel: protocol.

Custom URL Button

You can customize the button text, image, colors, and content order.
Default Images
SmartLink Chatbox includes built-in default images for all supported button types.
If you do not provide a custom image, the plugin can use its built-in default image.
Default images are stored inside the plugin and do not require an external image service.
Content Order
You can choose how the image and text are displayed inside the floating button.

Button Position
SmartLink Chatbox allows you to choose the general position of the floating buttons.

Excluded Pages
SmartLink Chatbox includes an Excluded Pages feature that allows you to prevent floating chat buttons from appearing on specific pages.
This can be useful when you want to hide the buttons from pages such as:
- Contact pages
- About pages
- Checkout pages
- Landing pages
- Specific product pages
- Blog archives
- Login or registration pages
- Booking pages
- Any other selected page
To configure excluded pages:
- Go to Settings > SmartLink Chatbox.
- Find the Excluded Pages section.
- Enter one URL or path per line.
- Select the desired exclusion mode.
- Save the settings.
Exclusion Modes
SmartLink Chatbox provides two exclusion modes.
Exact
The Exact mode checks for an exact URL/path match.
For example:
/about
can be used to exclude the About page.
Contains
The Contains mode excludes pages when the specified text is found in the current URL/path.
For example:
/product
can exclude URLs such as:
/product/123
and other URLs containing the specified text.
Use Exact when you want a more specific exclusion and Contains when you want to exclude a group of related URLs.
Reset to Defaults
The plugin includes a Reset to Defaults option in the settings panel.
Use this option to remove your saved SmartLink Chatbox settings and restore the original default configuration.
Use the reset option carefully because previously saved customization settings may be removed.
Lightweight and Responsive
SmartLink Chatbox is designed to have a minimal impact on your website.
The plugin does not require external JavaScript libraries or external services to display the floating buttons.
