Thumbnail Link for WooCommerce

By default every product image in your WooCommerce shop links to the product page. This plugin adds an External link field to each product. Fill it in and the product image and title in the shop link straight to that URL, opened in a new tab.

Typical use cases:

• Affiliate products (Amazon, Awin, Digistore24 …)
• Products that are sold on another platform
• Teasers that should lead to a landing page

Features

• One extra field in Product data → General.
• Works with classic shop templates and with block themes (Product Collection block).
• External links get target="_blank" and rel="noopener nofollow".
• Products without an external link behave exactly as before.
• Compatible with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and the Cart/Checkout blocks.
• Lightweight: no settings page, no database tables, no tracking.

Change the link attributes with the filter tlfw_link_attributes, for example to mark affiliate links as sponsored:
