Privacy Policy

Tickzo stores the following data in your WordPress database: ticket subject, message, category, priority, replies and attachments, plus name and email address for guest tickets. Attachments are stored in a protected folder that is not directly accessible from the web. Guests receive a personal link to their ticket by email; the link is derived from the secret keys in wp-config.php and is not stored in the database, and admins can replace it at any time.

The plugin does not:
* Send data to external services
* Track users
* Share data with third parties

Tickzo registers with the WordPress privacy tools (Tools > Export Personal Data / Erase Personal Data) and suggests a section for your privacy policy (Settings > Privacy). Closed tickets can be deleted automatically after a configurable number of days.
