UltimaTour Connect helps an operator prepare and submit onboarding information to UltimaTour Reviews from inside WordPress.
It can be used to:
- enter business, contact, location, backlink, and tour details
- verify the participation email
- prepare logo and tour images before submission
- submit the operator participation record to UltimaTour Reviews
- sync participation status back from Reviews
- surface the secure guest review link and QR code directly in the top dashboard cards after approval
It is intentionally narrow in scope. It is not a booking engine, calendar, OTA manager, inventory tool, or public review dashboard.
What the plugin does not do
- It does not create backlinks automatically.
- It does not insert hidden public links or credits.
- It does not publish public reviews automatically.
- It does not use an external QR image service.
- It does not load remote executable admin JavaScript or CSS.
- It does not track visitors silently.
External Services
UltimaTour Connect uses UltimaTour’s external service for its core Reviews connection. It also registers the installation and sends a twice-daily operational heartbeat so UltimaTour can identify the connected operator and connection health.
UltimaTour Reviews
Service provider:

- bootstrap and taxonomy loading when the administrator opens or refreshes the Connect screen

- verified operator email
- operator-entered business, contact, location, backlink, and tour data

- for registration/heartbeat: site URL, operator/site name, a generated installation identifier, plugin/WordPress/PHP versions, and connection health
When data is sent:
- workflow data is sent when an administrator uses the Connect workflow
- the privacy-limited registration/heartbeat begins after activation and runs twice daily
- the heartbeat does not contain visitor activity, passwords, API keys, payment data, or customer records
- CONNECT is free; registration creates a free ecosystem/license record, but no purchase or commercial entitlement is required

- cached bootstrap or taxonomy data from Reviews

This plugin does not:
- add hidden tracking
- add hidden backlinks
- insert backlinks automatically
- publish public reviews automatically
- use an external QR image service
- load remote executable admin JS or CSS
