Privacy Policy

• Data Collected: Email address, Contact Form 7 form ID, and submission timestamp (created_at).
• Purpose: Exclusively used to detect and prevent duplicate form submissions and curb form spam.
• Storage Location: All data is stored locally in your WordPress database (wp_cf7_email_verifications table). No data is transmitted to external servers, third-party APIs, or remote services.
• Retention Period: Records remain stored indefinitely to maintain duplicate prevention rules, until manually deleted by an administrator or erased upon user request.
• Data Subject Rights (GDPR/CCPA): Fully compatible with WordPress Core’s Personal Data Exporter (Tools → Export Personal Data) and Personal Data Eraser (Tools → Erase Personal Data).
