VariaPilot for WooCommerce

VariaPilot for WooCommerce is a bulk variation manager designed to save time when working with multiple variable products.

Instead of opening each WooCommerce product and editing its variations one by one, VariaPilot lets you select several products, choose their global attributes, define the combinations you want to target, and preview the operation before applying it.

It is useful for stores that regularly need to create or update many WooCommerce product variations while keeping control over prices, stock, dimensions, shipping data, and publication status.

Bulk manage WooCommerce variations

VariaPilot provides one clear workspace for the main variation-management tasks:

• Create missing WooCommerce variation combinations in bulk.
• Edit existing variations across multiple variable products.
• Disable matching variations without deleting them.
• Permanently delete matching variations after confirmation.
• Preview the number of products and variations affected before processing.

Select the products you want to update

You do not need to know product IDs.

Products can be selected using:

• Product categories.
• Product tags.
• Product name search.

This makes it easier to target a collection, product range, brand group, or any other set of variable products already organised in WooCommerce.

Work with up to four global attributes

Select between one and four global WooCommerce attributes and define the combinations VariaPilot should create or modify.

For example, you can work with combinations such as:

• Size.
• Colour.
• Material.
• Format.

VariaPilot uses global attributes created under Products > Attributes in WooCommerce.

Edit only the fields you need

When modifying existing variations, fields left blank are not overwritten.

Depending on the operation, you can manage:

• Regular price.
• Variation description.
• Weight.
• Length, width, and height.
• Publication status.
• Stock management.
• Stock quantity.
• Backorders.
• Shipping class.

This helps prevent accidental changes to variation data that should remain untouched.

Preview before processing

Before a bulk operation runs, VariaPilot shows a preview of the products and variations that will be affected.

Large operations are processed in batches to provide a more reliable workflow inside the WordPress administration area.

Undo recent variation creation

Variations created by the latest recoverable creation operation can be removed using the built-in undo function.

Modifications and permanent deletions cannot be undone, so a database backup is strongly recommended before large operations.

Privacy and data

VariaPilot does not send your store, product, customer, or variation data to an external service.

Bulk operations are performed within your own WordPress and WooCommerce installation.
