Verto Software Key Manager for WooCommerce is a free license key inventory and automatic delivery plugin for WooCommerce.
The free plugin is fully usable for one WooCommerce storefront domain, with no trial limits, key quotas, or time limits. WPML translations on the same storefront domain are supported. License keys and delivery history are stored locally on your WordPress/WooCommerce installation.
Need centralized license key management for multiple WooCommerce storefronts?
Verto Software Key Manager PRO extends the free plugin with centralized multi-store license key management.
With PRO, you can:
* Manage license key inventory centrally from a Master Store.
* Connect independent WooCommerce installations to the Master Store.
* Deliver keys automatically from the Master inventory.
* Choose Master Delivery or Local Delivery per product.
* Use SKU-based product matching between stores.
* Handle mixed Master and Local Delivery orders.
* Keep centralized delivery history with delivery source information.
* Monitor licensed storefront domain usage across connected installations.
* Use multi-domain WPML storefronts with centralized inventory.
* Receive PRO updates directly through WordPress.
PRO licensing is based on the number of storefront domains using the system. A storefront domain counts toward the PRO domain limit whether it is the main domain of an independent WooCommerce installation or a separate storefront domain used in a multi-domain setup such as WPML.
The free plugin remains fully functional for one WooCommerce storefront domain, including WPML translations on that same domain. Separate storefront domains, including WPML multi-domain setups, require PRO.

Important: insufficient key stock
If an order needs more keys than are available, no keys are assigned and the order remains in Processing.
After adding the missing keys in Key Manager > Upload, open the WooCommerce order and use:
Order actions > Assign / retry license keys
Do not manually change an incomplete managed order to Completed. The plugin blocks Completed status until all required license keys have been assigned.
Data and privacy
License keys and delivery history are stored locally on your WordPress/WooCommerce installation. The plugin does not send license keys to an external service.
Deactivating or deleting the plugin does not automatically delete the key inventory. This is intentional to reduce the risk of accidental loss of license inventory.
