The Web to Print Shop uDraw Designer is a browser based graphic designer. With our flexible HTML5 web to print designer/editor, customers can easily upload their own artwork (or choose from a stock image library) and apply any font, layout, colour, style, and design they wish.
uDraw is a module of the Web to Print Shop system developed by Racad Tech, Inc. It requires both the WooCommerce and Web To Print Shop : Core plugins to be installed and active. The designer experience and design rendering are powered by the W2P Shop uDraw web service. A W2P Shop account (API key and secret key) is required to connect the designer. External Services
This plugin relies on third-party web services operated by Racad Tech, Inc. to provide its core designer and rendering functionality. The plugin will not function without connecting to these services, and design data is exchanged with them during normal use.
W2P Shop uDraw Designer API
The designer interface, template storage, design cloning, design info lookups, and PDF/preview generation are handled by the W2P Shop uDraw web service.

udraw-connect.min.js) is loaded directly from the service so the editor can run in the customer’s browser. - Data sent: your site’s W2P Shop API key and a generated authentication token, the requesting site host name, user session identifier, design XML/content, design names, tags, status, and template identifiers. This data is sent when an administrator validates credentials, when a customer opens or saves a design, and when templates are created, cloned, updated, rebuilt, or deleted.
W2P Shop uDraw Content Delivery (CDN)
Generated design previews, rendered PDFs, template listings, and cached designer assets are served and requested through a BunnyCDN-hosted endpoint.

Privacy
uDraw does not collect personal data on its own beyond what is required to operate the designer. When a customer creates or edits a design, the design content and related identifiers (API key, authentication token, session identifier, host name, design keys, names, and tags) are transmitted to the W2P Shop uDraw services described in the External Services section so the design can be stored, rendered, and returned. Order designs are associated with the corresponding WooCommerce order so they can be retrieved for fulfillment. No additional analytics or tracking is performed by this plugin.
External services
This plugin relies on third party services provided by Web to Print Shop / Racad Tech (“the provider”) to deliver its browser based graphic design functionality. The plugin will not function without these services, as the design editor, templates, and generated artwork are hosted and processed by the provider. To use the plugin you must obtain and configure an API key and secret key from the provider in the plugin settings.
The plugin connects to the following services:
W2P Shop uDraw Designer API
This is the core service used to validate your account credentials, create and update designs and templates, and generate print-ready files (PDF) and preview images.
What data is sent and when:
– When you save the plugin settings, your API key, secret key, and your site host name are sent to validate your credentials.
– When an administrator creates, clones, updates, or lists designs and templates, the design data (XML), design name, tags, status, and your API key/secret key (used to build an authorization header and authentication token) are sent.
– When a customer or administrator opens, edits, or saves a design on a product, the design data and a session identifier are sent so the design can be processed and stored.
The endpoint used is https://udraw-app.racadtech.com (or https://udraw-v6.racadtech.com when the v6 designer is enabled in the plugin settings).
W2P Shop uDraw Content Delivery Network (CDN)
The uDraw services are delivered through a Content Delivery Network (CDN) provided by Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o.). The CDN caches and delivers the design editor assets, template/design data, preview images, and generated print files.
What data is sent and when:
– When the design editor or admin/product/cart/order screens are loaded, requests are made to retrieve cached design data, preview images, and print files. These requests include identifiers such as your API key and the relevant design key.
– When designs/templates are listed, cloned, or updated through the cached endpoints, the same data described for the Designer API above is sent.
– As with any CDN, the visitor’s browser connects directly to Bunny.net, which receives standard request information such as the visitor’s IP address and user agent in order to deliver the requested files.
The endpoint used is https://udraw-app.b-cdn.net (or https://udraw-app-v6.b-cdn.net when the v6 designer is enabled). The cached content is provided by Web to Print Shop / Racad Tech and is governed by their Privacy Policy. The CDN delivery is provided by Bunny.net and is governed by the Bunny.net Privacy Policy.
uDraw Connect
The plugin loads the uDraw Connect script (udraw-connect.min.js) from the Bunny.net CDN above. This script runs in the browser on product, template, and order screens to embed the design editor and communicate with the services described above. Loading the script results in a request to the CDN from the visitor’s browser.
For the uDraw Designer API and the cached content delivered by the CDN, the provider is Web to Print Shop / Racad Tech. Information about the service is available at the uDraw product page, and use of the service is governed by the provider’s Privacy Policy. The CDN delivery infrastructure is provided by Bunny.net, governed by the Bunny.net Privacy Policy.
