WDOnline Quantity Discounts for WooCommerce

WDOnline Quantity Discounts for WooCommerce lets you define fixed unit-price or dynamic percentage tiers directly on products, variations, and product categories.

• From 3 items, the unit price becomes 8.
• From 5 items, the unit price becomes 7.

The plugin automatically applies the correct unit price in the cart and checkout.

Frontend, product-editor, and validation text can be customized under WD Online > WDOnline Quantity Discounts for WooCommerce, making it easy to use the plugin in any language without editing code.

Shortcode and Block

Select “Manual shortcode or block only” to use [wdonline_qd_table] on a product page, or [wdonline_qd_table id="123"] for a specific product. The Quantity Discounts block provides the same dynamic output in the block editor. When an automatic product-page position is selected, a shortcode or block inside that product’s content is suppressed to prevent duplicate discount boxes. Shortcodes with an explicit product ID can still be used on other pages.

CSV Import and Export

The settings page can export direct product and variation rules from all products or one selected category, optionally including subcategories. Choose comma or semicolon as the CSV column separator; semicolon is recommended for many European Excel installations. The importer detects both separators automatically and supports UTF-8 files with an Excel byte-order mark. The CSV contains product ID, SKU, product name, product type, regular price, sale price, current fixed discount prices, visual rule rows, start date, and end date. Imports identify products by ID first and SKU second. Regular and sale prices can be updated for simple products and individual variations; an empty sale_price removes the sale price. Multiple tiers inside the quantity_discounts cell are always separated with semicolons. Editing quantity_discounts converts the changed tiers to fixed-price rules, while unchanged percentage rules retain their percentage type. A visible result message confirms each import and reports skipped rows. When WooCommerce’s built-in product exporter includes custom meta, this plugin also formats its quantity-discount meta with semicolons.

Category Percentage Discount

Under WD Online > WDOnline Quantity Discounts for WooCommerce, select a product category and add one or more quantity and percentage tiers. You can optionally include subcategories. Percentage prices are calculated dynamically from each product’s current comparison price. Created rules can be viewed, edited, and removed on the same page.

Direct product or variation rules take precedence over category rules. When several category rules match, choose whether the highest discount, lowest discount, most specific category, or manual rule priority wins.
