Choose your master platform

Choose whether your team maintains product information and stock levels in Epos Now or WooCommerce. You can choose a different master for products and stock, so each change is made once in the platform that best suits your business. If you have more than one Epos Now location, you can also choose which locations supply stock to your website.

Connect an existing catalogue

Already selling in both systems? Product Linker helps match existing items by SKU, barcode or name, so you can connect your catalogue without rebuilding it from scratch. You review the suggested matches before anything goes live.

Supports the products you sell

The integration supports simple and variable products, measured products and Epos Now master-and-child products. It is also compatible with the official WooCommerce Product Bundles, Mix and Match Products and Composite Products extensions.

External Service

This plugin connects to Slynk’s managed integration service. It cannot synchronise Epos Now and WooCommerce by itself.

After you subscribe, connect your accounts and enable synchronisation, the plugin sends configuration information and the WooCommerce product, stock, order, refund and customer data required by your enabled syncs. Slynk processes that data, communicates with Epos Now, and stores operational settings, product mappings and diagnostics needed to provide and support the integration. The exact data transferred depends on the sync directions and features you enable.
