Add a free online booking form built for mechanics, auto repair shops and car service businesses to any WordPress page. Customers tap a picture service button, pick a real available time, choose extras, enter rego / make / model and contact details — and you get an email for every booking.
Unlike generic appointment calendars (Amelia, Bookly, LatePoint and similar), this form is made for workshops: vehicle fields, service picture buttons, and availability from your Workshop Hub diary. Built in Australia and works for workshops anywhere.
Who it is for
- Mechanics and independent auto repair workshops
- Auto electricians and tyre shops
- Detailers, window tinters and mobile mechanics
- Any shop that takes service bookings online
What you get
- Picture service buttons – customers pick the job at a glance (swap images from your Media Library)
- Real availability – date and time slots from your Workshop Hub calendar
- Extras – optional add-ons during booking
- Vehicle details – registration, make and model
- Contact capture – name, phone, email and notes
- Block, shortcode or widget – Gutenberg block,
[workshop_hub_booking], or classic widget - Self-sizing iframe – the form grows with each step (no inner scrollbars)
- No tracking – the plugin sets no cookies and shows no admin ads
Free form, optional diary
The online booking form is free. Bookings are emailed to you. If you use Workshop Hub workshop software (from $59/mo + GST), those same bookings can land straight in your diary — you do not need a paid plan to run the form.

External services
This plugin embeds a booking form hosted by Workshop Hub (Driven Autocare Pty Ltd trading as Workshop Hub), which is needed for the plugin to work.
- What is loaded: pages that show the form load an iframe from
https://portal.workshophub.com.au/t/<your-form-id>/book. The default service pictures are loaded fromhttps://portal.workshophub.com.au/booking-defaults/. - What is sent and when: when a visitor views a page with the form, their browser requests the form from Workshop Hub (sending standard request data such as IP address and user agent). If you chose custom pictures, the public URLs of those images are included in the form address. When a visitor submits a booking, the details they enter (name, contact details, vehicle, preferred time and notes) are sent to Workshop Hub so the booking can be passed to your workshop.
- Nothing is sent from your WordPress admin and the plugin does not track your visitors.
