Google Sheets and Google Drive (required)
The plugin’s core purpose is to send your Gravity Forms entries to a Google spreadsheet. Once you connect a Google account and configure a feed, the entry values you have mapped are transmitted to the Google Sheets API each time that form is submitted. The plugin also reads your Google Drive file list so you can pick an existing spreadsheet, and can create new spreadsheets on your behalf. Your Google access and refresh tokens are stored in your own WordPress database. A Google account is required.

WPSyncSheets OAuth relay at api.wpsyncsheets.com (optional)
The “Connect with Google” one-click option uses our OAuth relay so that you do not have to create your own Google Cloud project, Client ID and Client Secret. If you use it, the plugin sends your site URL, your site’s home URL, a randomly generated installation ID, and the plugin version to api.wpsyncsheets.com when you start the connection, and sends the installation ID and refresh token when an access token needs renewing. The relay returns a Google access token. Disconnecting from the plugin settings tells the relay to discard its copy. You can avoid this service entirely by choosing “Use Manual Setup” and entering your own Google Client ID and Client Secret, in which case the plugin talks only to Google.

When you deactivate the plugin, an optional feedback form is shown. If, and only if, you tick the consent box and press “Submit and Deactivate”, the plugin sends your selected deactivation reason, any message you typed, your site URL and your site administrator email address to feedback.wpsyncsheets.com. Choosing “Skip and Deactivate” or closing the dialog sends nothing.
