Zarina CRM Integration

Zarina CRM Integration connects a WooCommerce store to a Zarina CRM instance that you host yourself.

When a customer completes the checkout, the plugin builds a JSON payload with the order details and sends it with a single HTTP POST request to the API endpoint you configure. Each order is sent only once; if the endpoint answers with a success status, the order is flagged so it is not sent again.

The data sent for each order is:

• Order ID, order number and order status
• Order date, total and currency
• Billing name, e-mail address, phone number and billing address (for Romanian addresses the county code is converted to the full county name)
• For every line item: product ID, product name, quantity, unit price and line total
• The host name of the site that generated the order

Requirements

• WooCommerce installed and active
• A Zarina CRM instance reachable from your WordPress site, with an API endpoint URL and an API key

External services

This plugin sends order data to the API endpoint that you enter on the settings page. No endpoint is configured by default and no data is sent until you enter one. The destination server is under your control; the plugin does not contact any other external service.
